Breaking Down the Toon:

Xmas, 2001, was a time of giving as usual.  It was also, however a year in which we had a larger reason to appreciate "what we have."  America's resilience is probably the one line of defense that the terrorist factor has never taken to heart.  Perhaps after our thunderous Operation, they'll start to see things differently when contemplating their next "act."

 If we were able to encapsulate the American Public's desires in one shot, this would just about sum it up.
